Hans (Henry) Huyskens passed away peacefully in his 76th year at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton with his loving wife of 41 years, Sandra by his side. He will be sadly missed by his children Nick (Sherry), Debora (Mike), Del (Garth) and John (Lisa) from his first marriage and Nicole (Luke), Marcus (Tamara) and Stephanie (Grayson) as well as grandchildren Amanda, Alycia, Kelly, Crista, Nico, Leilah, Izabela, Olivia and Hudson and one great grandson Ethan. He will be laid to rest beside his grandson Maximus. Henry was a producer/director/cameraman/editor, an avid ham radio operator and a gifted musician and artist. He was larger than life itself, as anyone who knew him would say. He was a pioneer, an original thinker, and his humor, exuberant energy and sense of adventure will be remembered by many. Special thanks to the team in the ICU for their care, compassion and support. The family will receive visitors at J. SCOTT EARLY FUNERAL HOME, 21 James St., Milton (905) 878-2669 on Wednesday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. from the funeral home chapel with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. If desired, donations in memory of Henry to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by family.
