Obituary of Douglas Masato Shiozaki

SHIOZAKI, Doug

It is with great sadness that the family of Douglas Masato Shiozaki announces his sudden passing on Friday August 16, 2019 at the age of 61 years.  Doug will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 17, years Lisa and his children Amber (husband Mauricio), Krista  (husband Monir), Kevin, Mark, his step-children Adam and Emmanuelle, Patrick and Calla, grandchildren Jaedyn, Cruz and Lennox.  Doug will be lovingly remembered by his father Ike, mother-in-law Irene and is predeceased by his mother Chris and father-in-law Denis.  He will be forever loved by sisters Sandy (husband Jim), and Patty (husband Greg), his brothers-in-law Craig (wife Mary Jo) and Mark (wife Patricia).  Doug will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Caitlin and Juan, Thomas, and Sam and his many cousins, family and friends.  

The family will receive visitors at J. Scott Early Funeral Home, 21 James St., Milton (905) 878-2669  on Tuesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.  A funeral service in memory of Doug will take place from the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m.  Interment to follow at St. John's Pioneer Cemetery, 953334 Seventh Line, Mono L9W 6E8 with a reception to follow at St. John's Anglican Church, 3907 Hwy 9,  Caledon, ON.   In lieu of flowers we would appreciate memorial donations in memory of Doug Shiozaki to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
