Obituary of Lisa Richardson

Please share a memory of Lisa to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Lisa Marie Richardson (Colbeck) on Saturday March 20, 2021. Although we are all devastated at her passing we are also relieved that her long and courageous struggle is finally over. Lisa and her loved ones never gave up hope that she would eventually come home to once more be amongst her treasured family, friends and enjoy the pleasure of playing with her two beautiful yellow labs Boston and Lucy, and her crazy cat Floyd, but life had other plans for our girl. We like to think of Lisa as our angel who was sent to walk amongst us for 52 special years and being the spiritual person she was we are comforted by the thought of her now with her spiritual family who have welcomed her home. Lisa leaves behind, parents Mary Ann Colbeck (Hutchison), Rob Colbeck (Sharlima Colbeck), her much loved son Blaine Richardson, (Sarah) her much loved brother Chris, Grandmother Eva Fitzpatrick, aunts Sandra Mercer (Ken), Donna Fitzpatrick Lewis (Mark), Uncle Dale Fitzpatrick, cousins Ashley, Ryan, Ruth, Anna, Sam, Kate, Erin, Tammy, Julie, Matthew, her loving extended family Tenille, Tinyka, Gabriel and Simone. In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you kindly donate to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital or alternativley plant a tree in Lisa’s name. The family would like to thank the nursing staff that were so diligent with Lisa’s care. A very special thanks to Doctor Dave Paskar and his assistant Andrea Lack, and Dr. Margaret Gordon and all the staff in ICU.
