Good and Faithful Servant A child of God, gifted in extraordinary ways. You lived your life with the passion and intensity of an artist, able to see the world in all its hues, and subtle, minute details. God whispered to you, His dear child, taking your hands and creating, moulding, sculpting, painting. There was no medium you could not master. God called to you to seek, to wander, to trust, and following His voice you explored different countries, finally bringing your family to Canada, creating a new legacy and providing them with a bright, new future. God called you to serve Him and you did, volunteering as a sacristan and supporting the church community. Your prayers and devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Succor brought many blessings to your wife, four children and seven beautiful grandchildren. Your beaming smile was a gift to many. Your charm, your wit and your humour made friends wherever you went. You worked hard, but now your work has been completed. Good and faithful servant, God has rewarded you. He has called you home, surrounded by His infinite love. The family will receive visitors at J. Scott Early Funeral Home, 21 James St., Milton (905)878-2669 on Monday August 16, 2021 from 9 - 10:30 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Rosary Church, 139 Martin Street, Milton on Monday at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Family Cemetery, Lower Baseline Road at Hwy 25. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
