Obituary of Luisa Cipparrone

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luisa Cipparrone. Luisa Cipparrone, 90, was born in Calabria, Italy in the city of Cosenza on June 18, 1931. She immigrated to Toronto, Canada in the fall of 1968 with her family and lived in the GTA for over 53 years. She passed away peacefully on January 5, 2022. She will join her love Antonio In Heaven who passed too soon in 2011. She is survived by her three sons Rino(Maria), Francesco(Leighann), Salvatore(Barbara); her nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Luisa was the matriarch of the Cipparrone family. She was the foundation of all the family get-togethers and holiday celebrations. She would ensure everyone was brought together as a single family. She especially enjoyed cooking for everyone at those large family Christmas gatherings. She loved her children and grandchildren always welcoming them in her home with anticipation when they would visit. The family would like to thank all of the staff who cared for Luisa at the Villa Leonardo Gambin long term care home.
