Susan (Mrs Morley to me at the time) made me comfortable from the first moment I met her and Philip.
Sincere gentle and genuine. To know Susan 10 minutes was to feel like you've known her for years.
A warm heart for animals and so loving to her family. And while I haven't seen Susan in years, I can hear her laugh in my mind, and I love that.
