Obituary of Arthur Paul Kent

Please share a memory of Arthur to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
KENT, Dr. (Arthur) Paul, D.C. April 29, 1938 - January 11, 2023 Paul had a wonderful lifetime of helping others and enjoying his family and many friends, always there with a joke and a laugh. He was born in Toronto at the Women's College Hospital on April 29, 1938. He was a middle child of Elma and Art Kent of Willowdale. His siblings, Doreen and Gloria, unfortunately preceded him. He is greatly missed by his wife, Margo, of 62 years, his oldest daughter Laurie, husband Brad, grandchildren Travis (wife Joanna) and Evan, his youngest daughter Diane, husband Bruce, grandchildren Eric and Heidi. Paul graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1961 and relocated to Milton to practice for 42 years, retiring in 2001. He worked many long hours at his Milton office and a second office in Etobicoke. Paul enjoyed his retirement years as a Snowbird in Deerfield Beach, FL where Margo kept him busy. Paul strongly supported our local community through many volunteer roles. Despite long hours, he helped found the Milton Red Cross (now Canadian Blood Services) with four others, was a director of the Milton Optimist Club and an active member of his church. Paul has been cremated and will be buried in York Cemetery in Toronto. If, in your kindness, you wish to make a donation, please make it in his name to the Milton District Hospital, who's staff went out of their way to take very good care of him during the several visits he had to the hospital and at the end of his life.
